完全同意5 6 楼同志的观点 没有国家土地局这种政府机关乱批地 哪来那么多超高价地王的出现 地皮价格降低不下来 根本就不用谈什么降低房价 中国政府最会玩的就是用一个 或者几个大的集团 垄断税务 房地产 电力 煤业 石油 你们大家好好想想 自己生活的城市 是不是很多东西都被一个 或者几个国家性质的工厂或者企业霸占着 这就是中国 政府富得流油 百姓穷的要死
