男性性能力自测的三个方法

一看
　　阴茎的勃起能力当你对性产生兴趣时阴茎应会迅速勃起，或稍迟片刻勃起，一旦勃起，都能进行满意的性生活，这说明性功能没有大问题。如有时能勃起有时不能勃起，勃起后坚持不到射精就疲软下来，这说明有了小问题。如长时间没有勃起过，那问题就严重了。
　　二看
　　性生活的主动性如每次过性生活都是你主动引发，这说明你性功能正常。当妻子主动引发时，你能积极响应，这也属正常。
　　如每次都是由妻子主动引发，否则你就不会对性产生兴趣，这说明你的性功能有了小问题。如在妻子的诱导下也不“动心”，这就有了大问题。
　　三看
　　自己生理和心理对性的反应性生活和性心理正常的男性，如果见到年轻漂亮的女子都会有所想象，见到妻子裸露的肌体就会忍不住想去抚摸。在上述情况下，如果不产生任何性想象，则说明自己的性功能已经开始变得迟钝。
　　通过上述“三看”自测，如自己性功能属正常范围，大可不必为一时的“疲软”而烦恼，如属不正常，则应及早就医治疗。
